Victoria Sevcenko
Assistant Professor of Strategy
INSEAD · Singapore

I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at INSEAD studying how firms build and organize their workforces as technology and labor markets change. Using large-scale workforce data and field experiments, I examine hiring, incentives, employee mobility, remote work, and how AI changes the demand for skills. Across these projects, I develop evidence relevant to talent strategy, organization design, and workforce transformation.
